1. About Us

Contraception Direct and Orford Pharmacy are trading names of Faith Pharmacy Limited ("we", "us", "our").

Registered Pharmacy: Orford Pharmacy (GPhC: 9011296). Superintendent Pharmacist: Zubair Malik (GPhC: 2045155).

This service is provided under the NHS Pharmacy Contraception Service as part of the NHS Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework in England.

2. Eligibility

3. Service Description

We provide: remote consultations with a pharmacist, clinical assessment under a Patient Group Direction (PGD), supply of contraceptive pills where clinically appropriate, and delivery of medication.

All decisions are made by a GPhC-registered pharmacist. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that medication will be supplied.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw the service at our discretion where necessary for clinical, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

This website currently offers contraceptive pill consultations only.

4. Clinical Responsibility & Medication Use

By using this service, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful medical information, inform us of any changes in your health, and follow all medical advice provided.

You must read the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) supplied with your medication.

Suitability depends on the information you provide. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in harm.

If you miss a pill, experience side effects, or have concerns, you should seek medical advice or contact NHS 111. This service does not replace your GP or emergency services.

5. GP Communication

We may share relevant information with your GP to support safe care. You may request that we do not share this information. However, this may affect our ability to provide the service, and we may still share information where clinically necessary or required by law.

6. Safeguarding

We operate safeguarding procedures in line with NHS and professional guidance. We may refuse supply, share information with appropriate authorities, or override confidentiality where necessary to protect safety.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Same-day dispatch for consultations approved before 3:00pm (working days). Orders after this time are dispatched the next working day. No dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.

8. Lost or Undelivered Items

Lost items may be resent once verified. Further resends are at our discretion. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or failure to collect parcels. Responsibility for the parcel transfers upon confirmed delivery.

9. Electronic Communication

You consent to receive communications via email and SMS (where applicable). These may include appointment updates, clinical information, and service-related messages.

10. Limitations of Service

This service is not an emergency service, provides contraceptive pill supply only, and does not include implants, devices, or emergency contraception.

11. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for technical interruptions.

12. Complaints

13. Liability

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by you, or delivery delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Misuse of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse, repeated false information, or inappropriate use of the service is suspected.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
