Our Commitment

Contraception Direct is committed to ensuring our online service is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

What We've Done

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
• Sufficient colour contrast ratios across all text and interactive elements
• Keyboard-navigable forms and interactive components
• Descriptive alt text on images
• Focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Responsive design that works across screen sizes and orientations
• Clear, plain language throughout the service

Known Limitations

• The Trustpilot review widget is a third-party component and its accessibility is managed by Trustpilot.
• Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. If you need information from a PDF in an alternative format, please contact us.
